Return Refund Policy
- Order cancellation for order that has been dispatched.
- Shipment return as a result of the package being by customer.
- Shipment return as a result of wrong shipping information provided by customer.

To help us manage the high volume of orders during the Halloween season (October 10th - 31st), please be aware that a 20% cancellation/return fee applies to all orders placed within this timeframe. This fee helps cover the extra costs associated with processing and managing inventory for our Halloween offerings. We appreciate your understanding.

Please contact our customer service within 31 days of receipt, if you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase. we can arrange the refund of the item price. Please note that the order processing and shipping fees are final and non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
- Returned items must be the original, unopened box.
- Upon receiving, we would do a fully refund within 2 business days.(Not Eligible for Halloween Orders)
