Order Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.

Simply email our Customer Service Team with your Order Number and Reason for Cancellation. Once confirmed, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2-5 days.

Note: Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled mid-transit. Please follow our Return Policy upon package arrival.

31-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following guidelines:

  • 31-Day Window: Contact our support team within 31 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Original Condition: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original box.
  • Refund Processing: Full item price refunds are processed within 2-5 days of package receipt.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping postage is paid by the customer.
