Order Cancellation Policy

Regular Period (outside October 7th – October 31st)
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by sending an email to our Customer Service team with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will process the cancellation and refund within 2 business days. If your order has already been processed, please refer to the Return Policy below.
Halloween Season (October 7th – October 31st)
Due to high seasonal demand, all orders placed between October 7th – October 31st are subject to a 20% cancellation fee once submitted. This applies regardless of whether the cancellation request is made within 2 hours or later. The fee helps cover additional processing and inventory costs during the Halloween period. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Return Policy
If your order has been processed, we provide a 31-day free return policy:
- Please contact our customer service within 31 days of receipt, if you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase. We can arrange the refund of the item price.
- Please note that the order processing and shipping fees are final and non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
- Returned items must be in the original, unopened box.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a full refund within 2 business days.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange items, please contact us and process a return first.
Upon receiving the tracking number for your return, we will provide you with a store credit to place your new order.
